The center raises juvenile fish and shellfish—including red sea bream, rockfish, devil stinger, blue crab, kuruma prawn, oyster, sweetfish, red-spotted grouper, and scorpionfish—from eggs to a size suitable for release into the sea and rivers.
Visitors can observe the rearing process and learn about aquaculture. Facility tours provide insight into seedling production methods and the importance of preserving nature.
