Highlights & What to Do
A carefully crafted bean-to-bar chocolate made with cacao beans hand-peeled one by one and only gently sweet beet sugar.
Supervised by Professor Emeritus Kiyotaka Sato of Hiroshima University, this is an “ultimate” pure chocolate created with no unnecessary additives—focused on ingredients and handcraft.
The production and sales base is a space that repurposes a former elementary school.
There’s also a café on-site, where you can take your time and enjoy the world of chocolate.
The package design was created by a user who loves colored pencils.
It’s a product you can enjoy not only for its flavor, but also for the thoughts and story behind it.
