The following terms & conditions stipulate the rules regarding use of the photo data offered on this site's Tourism Photo Downloads page.

Usage
The images on the Tourism Photo Downloads page may be used free of charge for promotion, introductions, announcements, and raising awareness of tourism in Takehara City and surrounding areas. Image data may also be edited for use. No credit/attribution is needed.
Copyright
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the image data on the Tourism Photo Downloads page are retained by Takehara City or the Takehara Tourism and Community Development Organization, a general incorporated association. This data is protected under the Copyright Act and international copyright laws.
Prohibitions
Use is prohibited in the following cases:
- The creation, sale, or lending or products and services made using the images offered here as materials (e.g. selling postcards, calendars, photo services, web services, etc.).
- Any use contrary to the policies or implementation of tourism initiatives in Takehara City and its surrounding areas
- Any use intended solely for religious purposes
- Any use deemed contrary to public order and morals
- Any use deemed likely to lead to criminal activity
- Any use deemed likely to infringe on the copyrights of third parties
- Any use deemed likely to infringe on the property, privacy, etc., of third parties
- Any use deemed likely to defame or slander third parties
- Any use related to pre-election campaigning, election campaigning, or similar activities, or deemed to violate the Public Offices Election Act
- Any other act that may cause fraud, misunderstanding, defamation, or violate public order and morals through the use of image data provided by this site is strictly prohibited.
In Case of Term Violation
This site reserves the right to suspend use at any time if any provision of these terms is violated. Furthermore, restrictions may be imposed or future photo data use may be denied.

This site assumes no responsibility for any problems arising from the use or download of images or other materials provided herein. Users shall be responsible for applying for and handling any necessary rights, including portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, and usage rights, pertaining to persons, items, locations, etc., depicted in the photos used. Furthermore, this site shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any problems arising from these rights.
