Highlights & What to Do

A sake brewery whose flagship products are the Seikyo sake brand and the Maboroshi ginjo series.
Using mainly premium sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki, Hattan Nishiki, and Omachi, as well as locally grown sake rice, they are dedicated to brewing sake that anyone will say is “delicious.”
Although they are a sake brewer, they also produce rice shochu and wine.
They also sell alcohol at the office.
