Local Okonomiyaki Manhole Cover “Takehara-yaki”

A local okonomiyaki manhole cover unique to Takehara, donated to mark Otafuku Sauce’s 100th anniversary.
Inspired by Takehara’s specialty, “Junmai Ginjo Takehara-yaki,” it features an okonomiyaki design that’s grilled to a crisp using sake lees.

The manhole is installed in front of the south entrance of Michi-no-Eki Takehara, making it perfect for a commemorative travel photo.
