Highlights & What to Do

Buckwheat is sourced from Hokkaido and Shinshu and stone-ground in-house, wasabi is from within the prefecture, and wheat flour is domestically produced.
Based on seiro soba, we combine tempura and duck broth to create a menu that makes the most of local ingredients.
The interior features classical music and a modern Japanese aesthetic, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
