The Kamo River runs through the city.
Between Takehara Junior High School and National Route 185, you’ll find a stunning row of cherry trees.
Enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and fresh greenery in summer.
The Kamo River embankment also appears in the anime “Tamayura.”

~Please note~
The area around the tree-lined road is a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of local residents.
The embankment and the east side of the Kamo River have narrow roads with a lot of traffic.
Please take care when walking around.
