You’ll find fresh local produce and specialty products, sake for sale, and even a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic French cuisine—rare for a roadside station. The Campbell Soft made with Takehara’s specialty grapes, "Takehara Campbell," is a local soft-serve you can only try here. You can also book a townscape guide and get plenty of Takehara sightseeing information. Luggage storage is available for ¥500 per day.

A must-visit for rabbit lovers, commonly known as "Rabbit Island"
"So cute!" You'll find yourself cheering the moment you step off the boat. This small island in the Seto Inland Sea, where over 700 adorable rabbits welcome you, is currently a hot topic on social media worldwide! You can also enjoy camping and cycling on the island, making it a rewarding little island getaway.
The large and small hot springs, named "Okutsu-no-yu" and "Kokutsu-no-yu," are observation baths with a great view.

The symbol of Onomichi! In spring, cherry blossoms selected as one of the "Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots" color the park, and in autumn, the "Onomichi Chrysanthemum Exhibition" is held, allowing you to enjoy the expressions of every season. It is also recognized as a Lover's Sanctuary, and the night view from the summit observatory is selected as one of the top 100 night views, making it a popular date spot. Inside the park is the "Path of Literature," where poems by authors associated with Onomichi are engraved on natural stones scattered along the mountain path.
