Takehara and its surrounding areas are a treasure trove of ingredients, blessed by the bounty of the Seto Inland Sea and the mountains.
Drawn by its charm, I moved from Yokohama and opened in October 2017.
With the concept of “Meat x Wine: Takehara’s Italian Eatery,” we serve Italian dishes where local Takehara ingredients take center stage, focusing on meat dishes such as Taoshita beef, homemade bacon, and wild game.
